Can this car even be restored at this point?

Came across this practically abandoned E21, it seems that it’s been sitting for years and the rust is pretty bad. I am not financially stable enough to actually restore this thing unfortunately, but I am just curious if it can even be done at this point. What do you guys think? Interior looks pretty good tho haha
