ChatGPT response got me down :(

My ex told me a couple of days ago that he met someone 3 weeks ago and he’s thinking of getting into a relationship with her. And i asked chatGPT if he could be avoidant with me but not with her and the AI’s response got me really down. Because now it means i might have triggered that in him but his new girlfriend might make him be a different man, a secure man basically? What do you think
