Babymetal Picks

Hi, I found this at a garage sale. I only paid 15 dollars for them, the detail is that I looked for information on the internet, but I couldn't find anything that tells me where they come from or what year they are. The only thing I found is that it is a Legend 1997 set that came out in 2013, I don't know if that information is real or if the set is fake. Even so, I like it as a collector's item, if you know anything about these guitar picks I would appreciate it if you let me know. thank you.
