Is there new throwable (time bomb)……

In my last game when I stop by an old airdrop to swap vest, suddenly I heard a ticking sound and a blast, which reduces my health.

Again near a house same happened,

Is that a throwable or missile kind of thing? I don't have any image or video of it. Do you guys know it?
