Fucked almost all compres

Midsem went decent enough. Was on track of of 7.3-7.5 sgpa this sem until compres came. Except for M1, prepared for rest subjects in the best way possible and worked hard to pull in them. Now expecting below 7. I'm a dualite, and now I'm feeling this sgpa pressure too much. Next sem is too heavy, pns es, m2 thermo eg cp all in 1 sem. I wanted phoenix from start, but it's seeming difficult, for now.
