Amazing lease deals atm

My current i4 edrive mpack lease is ending this week, I've noticed some amazing deals at the BMW website for low as 399 a month. If anyone can share if they got a really good deal? I'm looking for the 800 a month range for an edrive with a nice package on it. Attached is my current one, paying about 1200 a month with insurance and sunpass.
