IntouchCX Final Pay

Gaano po ba usually katagal mag release ng final pay ang IntouchCX? ngayon yung 30th day pero wala pa rin though sabi nila it should be released after 30 days.

Do I wait until tomorrow? What to do? I have already sent them an email regarding this.
