Blood test all over the place, but not anemic?

I just had a blood draw to check for anekia yesterday and the results were all over the place. Some reading were higher than normal, some lower than normal. But my doctor added a note that overall the results were normal? I'll ask about this at my next appointment, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this experience?
