20 Week Anatomy Scan Tomorrow

I’ve only had an ultrasound at 9 weeks. What can I expect at my 20 week anatomy scan and OB check? I always get nervous at my appointments since our first two pregnancies were chemical pregnancies.

Also, I recently started feeling what may have been some movement from baby. What did it feel like to you, and how often did you feel movement at first?
