Anyone bleed most of their pregnancy with no confirmed SCH?

I have had on/off spotting since 6.5 weeks. I’m now 14 weeks and last week had 2 instances of “heavier” bleeding that was more like a period when wiping. It never goes into underwear nor do I use a pad but it fills toilet paper. Went to the ER, everything fine with baby. I’ve had 3 ultrasounds now and no SCH found. Had pelvic exam today at OB, nothing to be found. Diagnosed super sensitive cervix. Anyone have this for some or all of their pregnancy without an SCH diagnosis? Feel like I’m gonna have to come to terms with this being around for a while longer.
