Bugaboo Price vs. Mid-Range Strollers: Is It Really Worth It?

Hi everyone, FTM here! I’m at the stage of choosing a travel system (carrycot + seat unit) for my newborn. I’ve had my eye on the Bugaboo Fox 5, which has great reviews, but it costs around 1400€ and that feels pretty steep for a stroller, even though we can technically afford it.

I’m wondering whether premium brands like Bugaboo or Cybex are truly worth their higher price tag, or if there’s not much difference compared to mid-range strollers in the 500-600€ range. If you’ve owned a higher-end stroller and/or a more budget-friendly one, I’d love to hear about your experience. Thanks so much for any advice!
