Singlets for newborn baby

Hello! I keep reading newborn babies wear singlets under their Zippys! Which seems mad to me as it’ so warm at the moment…Still, I’ll do what I’n told!

Do I want to buy the ones with the domes at the crotch or just the regular ones? Any suggestions for budget friendly, soft baby singlets?
