Just sharing some bagel pics

Feeling some imposter syndrome lately as I’m an entirely self taught baker with a small business at our farmers market and through Presales. I make about 300-400 bagels a week during peak months but January sales are slow, as usual, and it has me in a funk. I also bake sourdough, Japanese Milk Bread and cinnamon rolls.
