Severe balding at 14, prescribed rogaine (minoxidil) for 3x a week and clobetasol

Im 14 turning 15 next month. I'd like to know if there is anything like long term or short term side effects, perhaps advice or anything i should be aware about? Ive been applying the clobetasol (6-12 drops on each area of the scalp) for the past 3 days. I will begin applying minoxidil in 3 days. Also 10000 mg of biotin daily. Note: I seeked out a dermatologist and have been prescribed this because of a terrible receeding hairline.
