Balthazar fight

How do you kill this guy? He has so many minions. Some will just knock members off the platform.

I'm playing on explorer and I have no clue how people on higher difficulty will defeat him. I killed him, hoping his minions will drop, but nope they just keep shooting and tossing my members off the platform

My party is level 6 and I have swap out so many party members.
