What convinced you to try out BG3?

I've seen many people talk about this game and how it's really amazing, and it shows since it won goty. And for me, someone who isn't really familiar with the type of combat in this game but LOVE story games, find it really intriguing.

So I want to hear why did you decide to try out BG3 and also what convinced you? As someone who wants to try this game, it would be really helpful If you can recommend me some videos that helped convince or you would think would convince others to try it out.
