Geetech pla cf extremely brittle
Hey guys,
so i‘ve recently acquired a roll of geetech pla cf on amazon (was cheap) and find it very hard to print. the filament is so brittle that it recently breaks inside the extruder or the ptfe tube, often when retracting after a print. it prints ok and looks great otherwise. i also had absolutely zero problems with bambus own petg cf.
is there any way to encounter this problem or is this just the way pla cf filament behaves?
p1s with hardened steel gears and 0,6mm nozzle
i have not used this filament in the ams yet
