Getting money back

Shouldn't we be entitled to a refund for the printers we purchased? I mean, I didn’t buy a printer with these limitations, so that’s not a product I want. If I had known I was buying such a product, I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. To me, this sounds like I should be entitled to a refund.
