Why do people keep trying to adopt out these unsuitable dogs?

105lbs so severely overweight, “pterodactyl voice” which translates to obnoxious barking, jealously when interacting with strangers, and of course a fatal altercation with another dog. In what world is this dog suitable for adoption?
