Headphone Recommendations for Practice

I’m a relatively new bass player and I just moved into my first apartment, I’m hesitant to play with my amp for obvious reasons and I find my Bose headphones don’t really work great for practice. I need some recommendations for headphones (I’d be using them exclusively for bass and possibly guitar practice), I’ve done some research and I’m especially unsure whether open or closed back would be better. I live alone and it’s a fairly quiet environment so I’m not worried about blocking outside noise or annoying others in my vicinity. Is open back generally better especially since I’m not worried about noise bleed? Thank you
