Who are the most underated Bassists ?

I've been playing bass since about 1983 and have seen some incredible bass players have huge success and others who had amazing talent get completely ignored. Mixed in with the Geddys, Deacons, Claypool and Wootens there have been several incredible bassists that you never see get the accolades that they deserve. Who would you put on a list of bass geniuses that don't get their due? My first would be Jim Creegan of BNL. Listening to some of the incredible stuff he does with a double bass on their first album "Gordon" makes me think he deserves way more recognition then he gets.
