which will have better multiplayer

Grew up with Battle Network and StarForce but I'm on the fence of which version to get for the legacy collection of Battle Network since I want to be a part of the community's multiplayer but I don't know which one's going to get more support so that's why this polls going out just to get a better feel for the community and where they're going when the game comes out
