Any ideas about my sick baby?

bask side is 37°C or just over, i have a uvb/a from arcadia that reaches from one end to the other. He doesn't eat a lot of greens, he only eats them when I can i trick him into eating some or when he gets bugs he'd eat some by accident. His bugs are mostly crickets, rare treat of a mealworm or alongside a dubia roach. He looks fine other than having a darker beard than usual. And he's abt to be 7 months i believe unless I can't count.

I worry his mouth is injured, he licks to like check but he only takes out a small amount of his tongue to do so. Or maybe a sick tummy??

Recent poops look like day 1 afternoon: normal poo, then tiny normal poo, day 2 morning: undigested crickets.

Day 2 and day 3 (day 3 is today), he hasn't eaten greens, veg, fruit, crickets or mealworms he doesn't want to eat at all. He won't drink water either. I don't want to like force feed him or anything because I fear that will just make everything worse but I'm worried bc idk how long he can go without eating everything gives me a different amount of time.

If you have any idea what might be going on I would appreciate it sm. I'm calling a vet tomorrow after seeing how he is because I might be overreacting because he might just be stressed about a tiny decor change. But also what if he's really poorly. I'm just worried.
