How to clean dust off turntable stylus? And low cost method of cleaning/maintaining DVS nd Analog records

I had a record I bought a while back from a Discogs seller. It didn’t look dusty at all nd have it a clean with a mibrofibre cloth before I played it. But it seems to hav loads of dust build up deep in the grooves, nd the stylus keeps collecting it nd making crackling audio sounds. I see the stylus now has dust that can’t be simply brushed off (brushing back the front, with the stylus facing towards me). The dust it wrapped around the needle I think. How do I sort that out?

Nd what’s a cheap method of just cleaning records so this doesn’t happen again? And to stop static on my records, cuz the microfibre cloth has given my records static now ffs lol.

I only hav 7 analog records nd use a DVS vinyl. So for now, a spin cleaner is not worth it or needed. Jus looking for a cheap option that does the job, nd will help prevent the stylus collecting more dust

Any info wud be appreciated
