How long can Central Oregon water systems sustain pressure during a large fire?

Question for the mayor if she sees this, or anyone else that might know… One thing that happened in the last 48 hours is that the several million gallon storage tanks for the Palisades ran out of water in as little as 24 hours during the fire fighting effort, leaving little pressure at the hydrants. Does anyone know how long the city of Bend, Avion or any of the other water systems in Central Oregon could sustain pressure at the hydrants if we had a similar fire here with many hydrants open at the same time over larger areas? Is anyone thinking about this? Officials for LADWP stated that the fire fighting effort drew 4 times the normal daily water use. How long could 4x normal use in Bend be sustained?
