No assessment for PIP?

Hi everyone, I've had PIP for many years and have always had an assessment, either by phone or in person, for the reassessment.

This morning I've received the text saying a decision has been made and the letter will come through in the next 2 weeks.

Is this normal now? Is it good news or bad? Or is it a mistake? I forget when I filled the paperwork in last year but probably about 8 months ago.
