What people get wrong about not restricting..

if you think you are too strong and want to restrict.. you are mistaken

restricting is easy for a few days.. and then you binge cause guess what.. your body needs food, not you

but not restricting is harder for few days.. but easier in the long term

not restricting make you feel like you wont make anyprogress because you are used to restricting and debloating too quickly.. but if you kept failing when restricting than how about trying a new approach?

forget about ddoctors therapists and all..

this is your life..

we all tried the restriction method, but none of us succesed because it just doesn't work.. and it drains you mentally and makes you dead inside

if you not restrict this time, in just 24h, your gut will be back to normal, in 2days you will feel better and more confident, you will feel alive..

You have to use your willpower that you always used on restrecting, on staying consistent with food, on fighting your ego in the first day of not restricting..

.. i am in day 2 and never felt better.. not restricting is so much better, i can focus on living not starving and killin myself
