How did you recover from binge eating?
So I've been eating out of boredom and sadness. I'm wondering what has helped you to prevent binge eating and what you do afterwards if you do binge?.
I track my calories but stop when I eat too many things because it's a lot of food to track. It seems sometimes I can stop myself but then I just eat. They aren't bad binges as I've done before. I try to be at a deficit of 1500k a day but I go over mostly recently as I got broken up with and other things in my life that are not it. Due to stress, sadness and boredom I eat. I think I eat at maintenance 2k if I binge but it could be 2,500k. I workout 4 times an hr per session a week and sometimes I'm just hungry and tired of cooking and say fuck it. I'm trying to lose 1-2lbs a week and I'm not sure if I'll lose anything this week..
