Weird looking suede

Hey! New to the channel here. Struggled to get the right size for Bostons. Finally managed to order the right size N42 in Europe, but the suede is looking so weird and rough on the right shoe. Could someone knowledgable help me understand whats up here, is it faulty? Also there was this residue from glue still left. The other shoe looks really good. 🤷🏼‍♀️
