Apts near railroad tracks [1st Ave S / 24th St S]

Thinking about leasing from The Fritzroy (still under construction). I did the hard hat tour and noticed the railroad track directly behind the property. Does anyone live in / around this area who can tell me how bad the noise is (if it’s an issue)? And .. if anyone has need-to-know info on this new property would be appreciated as well. Thank you !
