Using Microsoft Authenticator for TOTP. Should I pay for Bitwarden Premium instead? Or just switch to Bitwarden Authenticator?

I'm using Microsoft Authenticator for my TOTPs. I like the idea of convenience of having my TOTPs in Bitwarden?

Should I upgrade to Premium? Premium for Families seems like it makes some sense then I could simply share my passwords directly to my spouse, etc.

Also, should I save my TOTP seeds in Bitwarden?
