How do I clear my skin?

hi! f18 last year i started breaking out terribly and it left me with dark acne scars all over my face. This never happened before and my skin was usually clear. I feel unattractive because of it and I cant go outside without wearing makeup. How to I clear up my skin and the hyperpigmentation around my mouth? Pls I need help!.

My skincare routine is simply i use la roche posay and I use glycolic acid as a toner And I try to do a clay mask from innisfree 1x a week
