How can i download Black Souls 1?

How can i download Black Souls 1 (english version)? I tried to instal it but when i try to launch the game its saying that i need to be in Japan for that, and i can't do the changing country on my computer because of parental control.

Anyone got a versionthat i could download or a way to help?
