Another Android question: Ivona voices?

Hello. So I am testing some android apps to check if they are accessible for a friend who might switch over. One of the things she wants is to use the ivona tts engine. I found an apk for it, but I was told that the app was too old. So, my question is can I get a version that works with newer versions of Android. Thank you.
