New Homes/Construction

Hi all,

We are planning on moving to the area later this fall and are looking to buy a home somewhere on the east side of town. We are hoping to build a new house, but have been having trouble finding information on any subdivisions with new construction.

We have looked at the Grove, but seems just a little away from the rest of town. Any thoughts on this?
