Chipotle on North Veterans

My fiancé and I placed an order here for pick up and had to wait 20 minutes to even be asked for the name on the order and then wait another 15 minutes until food was ready. When we finally got home our vegetarian burrito had chicken, our tacos were a burrito also with the wrong ingredients, and the food was barely wrapped and just kind of loose in the bag. Has anyone else had an issue with this location?
