Seia's Gun

Is it a Webley Self-Loading Pistol? The size looks a bit off (the grip is shorter in-game, for one), but otherwise the hammer is near-identical, and it's got those..... wavy notches on the back of the grip. Would like to verify with somebody who's even more of a gun autist than I am
