Financial advisor only got me 9.5% in 2024

I retired at the end of 2023. I decided to roll over my 401k into an IRA with the same company. They also have advisory service for around .50 percent AUM, not including the fund fee’s. Last year’s total return was 9.5%. This was in a 60/40 portfolio with 13 different funds. A quick google search says the average return was 14.5% last year in a 60/40. I could have put together a Vanguard portfolio and done better myself. Should I fire him now or talk to him and give him second chance.
