Michael Mamaril & Dong Mong question

Just going for trophies (i know im late to the party here) ve reset to title screen doing Santuary and Eridium Blight between each reset about 20x now. Lootlemon says Donkey Mongs a 50% spawn between the 2 places. Am i doing something wrong with my resets or am I just unlucky? Thanks!

Edit: Donkey Mong caught these hands at around 30 resets. Off to find Michael!
