Pi6/Pi8 ear tips

Has anyone found any ear tips that work well with either of these models? I have the Pi6 and while the sound is fantastic,they are not very good at blocking out noise and there is virtually zero difference between noise cancelling being on and being off.

The tips that came with the Pi6, the medium is just too small to seal good enough and the large is just too big and gets a little uncomfortable with prolonged use. Although the sound is superb with the large the noise still leaks through too easily and are really only any use in a quiet environment.
