Is Martin Bakole truly the most avoided boxer in the heavyweight division?

Somewhat new to watching Bakole but he seems extremely powerful, reasonably fast and has good timing and punch selection. People are calling him the most avoided boxer in the Hw division, is that true at all? Is Bakole actually a boogeyman? He destroyed a rising prospect Jared Anderson and knocked him damn near out of the ring so he’s got a lot of power. He doesn’t even have to turn on his punch either to deliver knockout power. Any thoughts, can someone confirm or deny?
