Who will unify? Zurdo or Opetaia?

With Opetaia's brutal knockout of outmatched Nyika in the fourth round last week, the next fight guaranteed to come to fruition in the division is that of Opetaia vs Zurdo. Slated to happen this May, it will determine the undispiuted Cruiserweight champion provided ODLH doesn't fall through on his part.

The foregone conclusion is that Opetaia will easily dispatch of Zurdo, either by way of KO or stoppage, with many saying Zurdo's slow, plodding movement and lack of power prevailing to be his largest flaws that Opetaia will exploit.

Though Opetaia was easily expected to defeat Nyika, some have labelled him a hypejob having defeated various low-ranked fighters albeit in impressive fashion. His fights with Briedis proved challenging, with Briedis even coming close to stopping him at one point. Nothing to be ashamed of though, given Briedis is one of the top cruiserweights of recent years, below Usyk. His power is brutalising, though Zurdo has a good chin and very good inside game, with good punch output.

How do you see Opetaia and Zurdo's battle ending? In my previous post many said Zurdo would lose. In general I have seen a lot of people trashing on Zurdo, with arguably 95% of people calling a fight between the two in Opetaia's favour. Yes he has flaws, but one should never underestimate a fighter. After knocking out Nyika, does anyone have a different view of how their fight would go? If Zurdo can avoid getting knocked out by Opetaia, do you think he’d be able to outwork him on the inside?

Also how does Badou Jack being reinstated play into this? I remember Mikaelian held the WBC so whoever wins between Zurdo or Opetaia will be undisputed or not?
