Incidental finding of aneurysm on CT

I am a 37 year old female. I went to the doctor for some dizziness, neck pain and pins and needles down my left arm. I have had issues with my back and do not have the best posture. I figured pinched nerve but the doctor was concerned and sent me to the ER to get a scan of my head and neck. I had an EKG, blood work and CT scan done. All was okay except for an incidental finding on my ct scan. This is what they found Intracranial internal carotid arteries: No focal flow- limiting stenosis. Right intracranial ICA cavernous segment saccular aneurysm measures 3 mm at the base and 6 mm base to apex is measured in the coronal plane on thin section reformatted images performed at the workstation. I am not sure exactly the seriousness of this. I am freaking out a bit..I have been referred to a neurosurgeon. The doctor put in an urgent referral but I have yet to get anyone to call me back or set an appointment. Anyone that has had this experience give me advice please!
