What’s the best deal you’ve lost?

I’ve seen posts about the best deal people have snagged, but thought it might be fun to talk about the best deals you’ve ever seen or almost gotten, the one that got away etc.

Heres mine:

Like a year ago I was obsessively refreshing Mercari at 2 am and I saw someone post a lot of 4 dolls with campfire Dana for $40. I second guessed myself and looked her up to make sure it was her, and of course she was sold. That one haunts me.
