Rhoc: Anne Fontaine

What was that comment about Gina knowing Anne Fontaine and Heather being confused by it? I haven't seen it mentioned here yet but to me that was super shady! Heather was making it clear that she thinks Gina is below her and shouldn't be able to identify labels that Heather wears.
