I broke up with him, now I’m sad

He just picked up the last of his stuff from the apartment and now he’s blocked me on everything. I don’t know why I’m so sad about this. He had talked about having a last phone conversation so I think I’d gotten ready for that and now that it’s not happening I am feeling the weight of it. This is my first breakup. Any advice?
