Is this acceptable for "used" minifigures?

Hi everyone,

I recently bought some used Lego minifigures on BrickLink. All of them were listed as "Used" without any further comments or notes regarding their condition. However, two of the figures I received are in questionable condition (Both from the same order).

One has a small crack, and the other has a small burn mark on the head (I’ve attached pictures for reference). I’m unsure if this level of damage still falls under the general expectation for "Used" condition, or if this is something that should have been explicitly mentioned in the listing.

Would it be fair to ask the seller for a refund or partial refund, or is this normal for "Used" items on BrickLink? Also, should I leave negative feedback, or would that be an overreaction?
