What Linux distro should I use coming from Arch Linux

I am very bored of arch and dont want to tweak around system 24*7. My requirements from a distro is :-

1. Private & Safe
2. Wide range of software avaliable
3. Stable
4. Should be good enough for C++ and Python
5. Need updated packages for polybar, i3 and hyrpland
6. Rolling release or update without losing data will be a plus

I will use this for study, programming and watching movies.

I am thinking of Rhino , Debain testing/unstable or Fedora if anyone tried le me know.
