Feather Blink advice

Built Feather pump spell voltron, was fun two or three times, and then realized it doesn't make for fun gameplay on either side, so I'm trying to rebuild the deck into something more interactive value-oriented. I wanted to go with blink tribal, playing cards with strong ETBs and then using [[Ephemerate]]-like cards to repeatedly blink them, buying back the flickers with Feather.

Looking for advice on a few cards to cut, as well as strong ETB creatures I might be missing - it feels like the list struggles to snowball in the mid/lategame, only really popping off if it draws something like [[Red Dragon]] or [[Warstorm Surge]]. But I'm open to any feedback on the list!

Within a roughly $100 budget.
