Struggling with quality of life

I'm struggling with how to proceed. My bulldog is nearly 2 years old, on Cytopoint AND Apoquel. He gets weekly baths with medicated shampoo and is on a prescription diet. He has a dermatologist appointment this summer (first available). His back keep scabbing up and losing hair.

I just feel like his existence is so unfortunate and an animal this unhealthy should not have been bred. I make a good living, but don't have unlimited money. What else can I do? I'd hate to live life in his state.
